1. General
These Terms govern your use of the car concierge service provided by zetaloopsystems.com (PE, EDRPOU 96800871), located at Business Center 'Astra', 15 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Street, Kyiv, 01030, Ukraine. In accordance with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015, Article 7 of Law No. 675-VIII, we publish full identification details.
2. Service and Consumer Information
We assist users with vehicle selection, purchase, and management. Information about services, prices, and sellers is provided as required by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023. Consumer-facing information is available in Ukrainian per Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On ensuring the functioning of Ukrainian as the state language' dated 25.04.2019.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, comply with laws, and not misuse the service.
4. Payments
Fees are displayed before purchase. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits your rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.
6. Personal Data
We process personal data, including cookies, based on lawful basis, per Law of Ukraine No. 4194-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 17.12.2024.
7. Advertising
Advertising is accurate and identifiable as required by Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 03.07.1996.

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
