zetaloopsystems.com is a buyer-side auto concierge for luxury car buyers in Kyiv and across Ukraine. We hold no dealer, importer or manufacturer relationship, so no commission ever steers us toward a particular car.

Every engagement runs through four stages, and each stage ends with a document you keep.

    A shortlist of comparables inside your budget, with current asking prices, equipment levels and days on market.

  2. 02

    Condition verification

    A panel-by-panel paint depth record, chassis and engine bay notes, electronics scan and service history review.

  3. 03

    Negotiation

    A written position sheet: our opening offer, the seller's counter, the delta, and the reasoning behind each step.

  4. 04

    Documentation

    A document checklist covering ownership, customs history, mileage evidence and the transfer paperwork itself.

Four stages, one buyer-side mandate

We work for you alone. zetaloopsystems.com holds no dealership, importer or manufacturer agreement, so nothing in this process depends on a sale going through.

    Market research

    We fix the specification and the budget band first, then build a comparables list from live listings and completed transactions in your target markets, so every asking price has something to answer to.

    Inspection

    A panel-by-panel paint depth record, chassis and structural check, engine bay and electronics scan, plus a full service history trace. Attention points are logged as they are found, not smoothed over.

    Negotiation

    Findings become a written position sheet. We negotiate on your behalf and record every offer, counteroffer and agreed delta so the price movement stays visible after the deal closes.
