The brief is the first working document of the engagement. It tells us which comparables to pull, which inspection slots to book, and how far we can push on price once a specific car is on the table.

What to include in the brief

Target vehicle. Marque, model, generation, model year range, and the trim or equipment level you would accept.
Budget structure. Your ceiling in USD or EUR, and whether import duty, registration and delivery sit inside or outside that figure.
Timeline. When you want the keys, and whether you will wait for a matching car instead of taking the first available unit.
Location. City for inspection and handover, and whether the car will be registered in Ukraine or exported.
Hard constraints. Colour, mileage ceiling, gearbox, service history requirements, or a specific options list.
Contact window. Phone, email or messenger, and the hours when you can take a call.

We act for the buyer, and only the buyer.

zetaloopsystems.com is an independent buyer-side concierge. We hold no dealership, import agency, or manufacturer agreement, and we receive no commission, referral fee, or rebate from any seller, importer, or finance provider.

Fees are invoiced by zetaloopsystems.com (PE) and paid by the client only.
Findings, valuations, and negotiation positions are prepared without seller input.
Where a conflict could arise, it is disclosed in writing before the engagement begins.
An inspection records one specific vehicle at one specific time. It is analysis, not a warranty of condition.
